The 'Objectives' Tab is not getting Translated While A Document Is Created - Fatal SQL error occurred. (2,125) error happens (Doc ID 2190040.1)

While creating a Document in languages other than English the 'Objectives' Tab is not getting Translated

A fatal SQL error occured Please consult your system log for details

Fatal SQL error occurred. (2,125) EP_FUNCTIONS.AppraisalCreation.OnExecute

A SQL error has occurred, review the SQL to determine the cause of the error.
Review the program for errors. If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu - Set Up HCM - Product Related - ePerformance - Document Structure - Template Definition
2. Select Annual review template , Move to Tabs page
3. Add Tab Label in multiple languages by changing language in Data Language drop down on top right side and saving each time.
4.Go to Main Menu - Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents ->Create Documents Or
Manager Self-Service > > Performance Management > Performance Documents ->Create Documents
5.Create performance review document for an employee using the modified template by selecting a Non-English language code for which translation has been added for Tab Label in the template definition
