Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Allocation not generating journal sequence when the mask is used

Allocation journals are being created with the same journal ID when a Journal ID Mask other than "NEXT" is used on the Define Allocation step "Journal ID Mask"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Allocation Journals should be created with unique journal IDs even when Define Allocation step "Journal ID Mask" is used and journals are in a different period

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Define Allocation step "Journal ID Mask" is set to a value other than NEXT, Example: XYZ (Navigation: Main Menu > Allocations > Define and perform Allocations > Define Allocation step > Output Options Tab > "Journal ID Mask")
  2.  Run FS_ALLC: Request Allocation (navigation: Main Menu > Allocations > Define and perform Allocations > Request Allocation)
  3.  Journals are created in different periods with the same journal ID. Example: both journal IDs are XYZ000000123
