EAP: APY2021X1 Remains Stuck In Queue On The Process Monitor (Doc ID 2190692.1)

Symptoms

Upgrading from FSCM 9.0 to FSCM 9.2 and testing check printing. An Express Payment is done and the Process button to Print Checks is submitted.  The APY2021X1 process remains in Queued Status on the Process Monitor. 


STEPS:
1. Add Voucher
2. Process Express Check
