Capitalize CheckBox Not Defaulting For Asset Item On The Requisition (Doc ID 2190829.1)

Symptoms

Issue:-The Capitalize checkbox remains unchecked when an Asset Item having valid AM BU and Profile ID is populated on Requisition

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:-
1.Create a New Requisition.
2.Populate the Item id and enter the quantity
3.Now click on Requisition line defaults
4.Note that AM BU ,Profile ID and Capitalize flag is checked
5.Now Check the Line distribution and check the Asset Information tab.The Capitalize checkbox is unchecked
