On a new installation of PT 8.55, customer continuously getting error Failed to deserialize GetAgentIDResponse error in APPSRV_MMDD.LOG files.
Already set the PPMI URL and Monitor URL to "NONE" in the Global Administration page and the Specify Monitor page, but didn't resolve the issue.
The error comes up as soon as the domain is started and fills up the log file. Reconfigured, cleared IPC resources and cache, but still same issue.
Filename = APPSRV_MMDD.log, which shows the following:
PSAPPSRV.12779592 [2016-10-07T07:59:33.364] - - - (2) (PerfMon Agent) Failed to deserialize GetAgentIDResponse.
PSAPPSRV.12779592 [2016-10-07T07:59:33.364] - - - (2) (PerfMon Agent) m_adminMessageTranslator->translateGetAgentIDResponse failed.
PSAPPSRV.12779592 [2016-10-07T07:59:33.364] - - - (2) (PerfMon Agent) Registration failed
