When creating their own permission list so that specific users only see certain items under Manager Self Service it appears that there is no way to remove the Promote Employee from the Manager Self Service Menu due to the structure of the HCCPSS2300 (Fluid Manager Self Service) Permission list.

The customer created their own security Permission list by copying both HCCPSS2000 (Manager Self Service) and HCCPSS2300 (Fluid Manager Self Service) and assigned these to a Role they created.

The customer's goal is to only have certain items under the Manager Self Service menu.

Client would like to remove the "Promote Employee" link along with some other navigation from Manage self service > Job and Personal information This we accomplished by cloning HTTPSS2000 and removing our cloned permission from the non required folders and pages like Like the "Promote employee"

Problem is to view tiles under Manage self service in fluid different access is required .that is provided under the HPPSS2300 permission list, and in there Through structure and content we can see that under Fluid structure and content >Pages > Manage self service there is a fluid Promote employee page and HCCPSS2300 is granted to that page .(Hence under navigation that folders Appears for the user), there seems to be no way of taking that away.
