Symptoms

 After logging onto Tools 8.55 the following error is seen in the App server log file :

PSAPPSRV.4448 (2) [2016-10-07T14:55:19.708 PTWEBSERVER@xxx GetWebProfile] - - - (0) WebProfile - JavaException:DEFAULTPWD either is in cleartext or has problem, Exception: java.lang.Exception:Failed to decode password, decryption error. Input length must be multiple of 8 when decrypting with padded cipher

 On further Examination there is no issues with the PTWEBSERVER user (or what ever user is used to Start up the Web server. more over users are able to access the environment succesfuly
