Symptoms



When using Fluid to process transactions, all approvals are processed and approved without error; however, upon opening Job record in Workforce Administration, no row has been entered into JOB or COMPENSATION records, or in some cases a row is entered but data is not updated as expected.



REPLICATION STEPS:
-----------------------

1. Log in as Manager and using FLUID (Guided Self Service or GSS) submit a transaction.
2. Process the request to fully approved status.
3. Log in as Administrator and go to the Job record, Compensation page, and see that Job record has not been updated.
