When the Maximum wait time on the Installation Options > Commitment Control is set to zero or blank will not be able to Save Requisition Or PO
The maximum wait time should not be blank or zero (18021,1810)
The maximum wait time should not be blank or zero
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Installation Options > Commitment Control and set the Maximum wait time to zero
2. Create a new requisition or PO
3. Try to save and submit it.
4. Getting error message
