ETL9.2: Time And Labor Self Service Exception Page Filter Options Doesn't Work. (Doc ID 2193403.1)

Symptoms

Time and labor self service Exception page filter options is not working as expected.

Though the filter options were given in the search, it is getting all the rows of data.


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Employee has reported time exceptions for dates from 7/1 - 7/6/16
2. Employee navigates to Self Service > Time Reporting > View time > Exception and set the Date Filter greater than start date 7/5,  the Exception Filter = 'Exception ID'
3. Hit "Select" that returns all the rows of data not selected ones.

Due to this issue, user cannot get the required information and confused over display of the data that needs to be corrected.
