Integration Gateway is setup to run integration messaging to a third party vendor from behind a proxy server. The proxy server requires the gateway web server provide credentials before allowing the connection to be made to the third party site. Per the integration Broker peoplebooks...clients can use the Proxy-Authorization Header property of the HTTPTargetConnector containing the following syntax user:password (in plaintext) to send credentials to the proxy server.

Using PSCipher, attempts to add an encrypted equivalent for user:password to the Proxy-Authorization header property will not work when passed to the Integration Gateway
