A book change to change the calculation type to 'L' for Life to Date for an asset with a suspend and resume transaction creates a negative PDP row that nullifies a previous PDP.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the negative PDP would not have been inserted into the ps_depreciation table.
