Symptoms
Delegation Search by Name Link Retrieves CWR in Search Results even when setup indicates exclude CWR
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delegation installation is setup to exclude POI and CWR
2. Go to Self Service > Manage Delegation
3. Search by Name - You will find the CWR/POI in the search though it is exclude in the setup.
