AP: Single-pay Voucher's Invoice Info Tab Causes Users To Get Booted Out

We just upgraded to Tools 8.55.08 over past weekend, went live on Monday, Aug 29, and now single-pay voucher in incomplete status causes users to get booted out when they go to voucher's Invoice Info tab.

From user:
"I put a created three vouchers that were Saved for Later. These vouchers are in an incomplete voucher status. I have received updated information from the department regarding one of the vouchers. When I open up the voucher and click on the Invoice Information tab COMET will close down stating my time has expired. In order to update the information on the voucher we will need to access this tab on the page."

1. Create voucher and save for later
2. Open the voucher again and click on the Invoice Information Tab
3. The page times out.
