When a new effective-dated row is added on the Academic Institution 3 page on Academic Institution Table, why does the NSC Options MONTH FACTOR defaults to 12 even if the previous row had 0 as the month factor? Normally when inserting a new effective row, all previous row values are copied into the new date but in this case, this one field defaults in another value and user is not made aware of it. The SRNSLCEX.sqr (NSC Extract File) has a procedure that adds this value to the term end date regardless if you select Use Expected Grad Term as the AGD rule.
