Direct Reports Showing Job Information on Empty Positions (Doc ID 2195353.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Direct Reports, Employee status of an inactivated position is displayed as "Terminated".
When the employee in the inactivated position is terminated, then the Employee Name and Employee details are displayed in the Direct Reports instead of showing as "Empty Position"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Employee status of an inactivated position should be blank.
When the employee in the inactivated position is terminated, the row should be displayed as Empty Position in the Direct Reports

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inactivate a position which has a Direct Report which has an already inactivated position and displayed as "Empty Position"
2. Go to View employee Personal Info, the employee with inactivated position is displayed as "Empty Position" but the employee status is displayed as "Terminated"
3. Terminate the employee with the inactivated position
4. Go to View employee Personal Info, the employee name and details are displayed instead of showing as "Empty Position".
