Gateway is displaying wrong Job Posting title
We have a job opening with 2 posting descriptions, of which 1 is primary. The primary title is used in the Job Opening header. One of the postings is internal, and the other is external. They both have different posting titles.
After refreshing the search, navigate to both the internal and external gateway. The first page enter shows the correct posting title belong to the context of the gateway (internal or external). Bookmark or apply for the job and notice the Job Posting title in the other tables available in the gateway. The primary posting title is always displayed, resulting in inconsistencies in the posting titles.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Manage Job Opening
1.) Open a Job Opening. In the header the “Job Posting Title” is displayed
2.) Navigate to “Job Posting” sub tab
3.) In our case we have 2 postings, of which one is primary. The primary posting title is the posting title displayed in the header. The first is an external posting, the second an internal
NOTE: Ensure the removal date is in the future
4.) Run the feed generation for job posting to make the postings available in the gateway.
1.) Navigate to the internal gateway, notice the title for the job opening, and bookmark the JO
2.) Navigate to the “My Favorite Jobs”, and notice the title for the job opening
3.) Data visible is in-line with expectations of business
1.) Navigate to the external gateway, notice the title for the job opening and bookmark the JO
2.) Navigate to the “My Favorite Jobs” , and notice the title for the job opening
3.) Data visible is not in line with expectation of business.
