CRM 9.2 Error Message When Adding Note To Defect (Doc ID 2196333.1)

When adding a note to an existing defect in Quality Management > Search Defects, and only entering a note subject, an unexpected Error message pops up saying the user must enter a Note Subject (but the note subject is already entered).

Is there any fix available for this issue in CRM 9.2?
