EEX 9.2: The Amount Less Than 3 Digits Printed With 2 Decimal In Expense Report Print Even If the Decimal Position is Setup as 0 for That Currency. (Doc ID 2196337.1)

Symptoms

Expense Report printed amount less then 1000 with 2 decimal scale even when decimal position is 0 for that currency

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure the currency's decimal position is set to 0.
2. Find out the employee with a business unit where base currency same as above.
3. Create an Expense Report and save/submit it.
4. View the Expense Report an try to print it.

Actual Result:
All the amounts in the report less than 4 digits have decimal scale of 2. and other with 4 or more digits showing correctly.

Expected Result:
Amount should be shown with correct decimal scale, setup for its currency.
