ECM: A Fatal PeopleCode SQL Error On Approving Multiple Participant Transactions (Doc ID 2196479.1)

The following errors are received on approving multiple participant transactions for a pool with an Interest Type of "Percentage in Pool" with no "Distribute Shares" or "Share Price"

"A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details."

"SQL error in Exec. (2,280) TR_CASH.InvestmentPools.Pool.OnExecute Name:addPoolPosition  PCPC:8847  Statement:99
Called from:TR_CASH.InvestmentPools.Pool.OnExecute Name:addPoolParticipantPosition  Statement:3
Called from:TRP_TXN_APPR.GBL.SavePreChange  Statement:8
During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Exec subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed."

1. Add Pool with an Interest Type of "Percentage in Pool"
2. Add 2 participants
3. Add participant transactions in the following dates:  two transactions on 06/14/2016 and two on 06/16/2016
4. Approve transactions
5. After getting the error the transactions show as approved, but when re-searching for them, they are still pending.
