Symptoms
Launching Vendor AICC Content such as HealthStream, Learners receive Access User Error.
ERROR
Field 'username' or 'uid' is required
Steps to Replicate Issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log as Learner
2 Self Service > Learning > My Learning
3. Pick a class with Web-based AICC content and environment set-up with bypass sign-on authentication.
4. Click the Launch link on the Class Progress page.

Troubleshooting Steps:
After upgrade review required reconfiguration below:
- Verify External facing URL is pointing to ELM
Navigate to PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > URLs >{search/select} LM_LT_COMM_SERVER
Other Verification requires collaboration between PS Administrator for environment and Network team:
- Verify NAT rule on the network
- Verify userid/pass word for the web profile with public access
- Verify the ptwebserver/pass word combination
- Verify the configuration of that pass word on the Weblogic console
