On : 9.2 version, Interfaces

When attempting to use PSA_ACCT_SETUP_CI to load Accounting Rules with Distribution lines having a DST_USE field populated as 'CL'
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up PSA_ACCT_SETUP_CI to load Accounting Rules
2. For the DR/CR, Use DST_USE as 'CL'
3. Submit data and the rows will not get published and get errored out with above messages
