Priority Loc and Price Loc from Supplier Attributes Section are not Synchronized

When create items from Configurable Item Templates the *Priority Loc and Price Loc from the <Supplier Attributes> section are not synchronized. This was noticed after it has been applied the resolution for the Bug 22707199.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Item Add from navigation Items > Configurable Item Templates > Item Add
2. Add Item description
3. Select a Supplier ID (i.e. 0000000047) and notice the Price Loc is defaulting 1 and not 2. Change it to 2
4. Add item ID and press the <Add Item> button.
5. Check the created item from Items > Define Items and Attributes > Purchasing Attributes – Item Supplier tab
In the section the Price Loc is 2.
6. Expand the Supplier Priorities section.
Notice next to the Supplier Name, the *Priority Loc is 1 in stand of 2 as in the section where the Price Loc is 2. This behavior is correct as per PeopleBooks (see details below).
7. Additional information
7.1. When create a requisition or a PO, the supplier location is the Supplier default Location (1 in our test).
Apparently the - Price Loc = 2 is not used.
7.2. Also, when try to change a filed, like Accept Any UOM = N form Y, the system returns the message
Warning -- Default Supplier Location 1 for Supplier 0000000047 is not asscociated to the Supplier Attributes section. (7025,418)
Supplier Attributes should contain the Supplier Priority Location which is the default Supplier Location for the supplier.
Notice next to the Supplier Name, the *Priority Loc is 1 in stand of 2 as in the section where the Price Loc is 2, the Price Loc 2 being the one used when was created the Item with template.
The *Priority Loc and Price Loc from the section are not synchronized when item is created from Configurable Item Templates.
