HC_HRS_APP_INDEX Error "Invalid Character Value" Running Incremental Build (Doc ID 2199417.1)

In HRMS 9.2 PUM Image 17,  Tools - 8.54.15, SES Version -, SQL Server 2012 environment, when attempting to schedule the incremental index "HC_HRS_APP_INDEX", the following error is generated:
