Return Not Working From Applicant List After Use Of Search Applicant/Applications (Doc ID 2199454.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Return not correct when coming from applicant list after use of search applicant/applications

The return button does not behave as expected, when accessing the manage applicant page after the user has already performed a search applicant and/or application search. When clicking the return button, the system will take the user to a search applicant or application screen (depending on the last search performed), instead of the manage applicant lists page.
This issue occurs, when the user has used the search applicants/applicants pages in the current session.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be returned to the specific applicant list page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Replication steps:
1) Perform a search applicant or application
2) Go to a manage applicant page .
3) go to a manage applicant list page
4) Go to a manage applicant page (from the applicant list)
5) Click the return button.
6) user is returned to search applicant/application results

Replication was performed in a delivered PUM15 environment (PeopleTools 8.54)
