GP Core: Incorrect French translation for Message Catalog 17005, 2090 and incorrect French menu labels (Doc ID 2199954.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, General

BEHAVIOR
---------------
Labels and message texts are not correct in French language

ISSUE 1. 

1. "Paie globale/Absences -> Traitement paie/absence ->  "Prépaper données de paie". It should be "Préparer ..."

2. Parametrage HCM > Tables Specifiques produit > Paie globale/Absences > Elements > Gerer lots de Paie Globale > "Exporter enreg. sans element" should be "Importer enreg. sans element"


ISSUE 2.

Message text saying: "La relation des éléments n'est pas valide". On the contrary, it should be "La relation des éléments est valide", in accordance with the Description and the English message as well

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


Prereq: Sign In using French language

ISSUE1: Incorrect Menu label


1. Navigate to Menu principal > Paie globale/Absences > Traitement paie/absence > Préparer données de paie
Note that instead of "Preparer" it is written "Prepaper"

2. Parametrage HCM > Tables Specifiques produit > Paie globale/Absences > Elements > Gerer lots de Paie Globale > "Exporter enreg. sans element" should be "Importer enreg. sans element"


ISSUE2: Message Catalog texts are not correctly translated

1. Navigate to "PeopleTools > Utilitaires > Administration >Catalogue de messages"
2. Open Message Set 17005
3. Go to Message Number 2090
Note that the message text and the description contradict
