Self Service Does Not Display All Eligible Dependents for Health Plans (Doc ID 2200024.1)

Symptoms

In PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2, only the employee’s spouse is displayed in the Eligible Dependents section of the Health enrollment pages in Self Service Benefits Enrollment if there is no Dependent Rule set on the respective Plan Type page of the Benefit Program. Children do not display.

STEPS

1. Enter benefit elections in Self Service Benefits Enrollment (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment).
