Absence Types Not appearing on absence Request Page in Manager Self Service

Absence Types should be visible

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Setup HCM Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Management > Absence Management > Country Take
2. Uncheck the Allow Entry in Time and Labor check box in Absences page. Select Allow Request by Manager and Request as Manager.
3. Then, navigate: Manager Self Service > Time Management > Report Time > Request Absence
4. Select the employee.
5. Absence Type are NOT appearing and also, the size of the field is too small.
