ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------------
On the AAWS post go-live database instance, web service SCC_USERREG_AUTHENTICATE is not returning constituent data for a user who does not have an EMPLID yet.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------------
Web service SCC_USERREG_AUTHENTICATE returns constituent data prior to saving or submitting an online admission application.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Integration Broker.
2. Configure setup for using New User Registration.
3. Using credentials, log into the online admission application.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into the online user interface to save and/or submit a new admission application.
