Newly Created Academic Item Types For Program Enrollment Not Visible In Rules Engine For-Each (Doc ID 2200743.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to implement Program Enrollment, two new Academic Item Types were created. The entities are also generated, using Item Type Matrix sync process. The entity hierarchy appears to be fine. However, in the rules engine, a new rule is created and For-Each statement being used , the new Academic Item Type, Stage of Program is not visible.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Two new Academic Item Types have been setup (Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Program Enrollment > Academic Item Type) -Stage and Study Period
2. Sync entities process is run to generate entity registries (Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Program Enrollment > Item Type Matrix)
3.A new rule is defined (Main Menu > Set Up SACR > System Administration > Rules Engine > Rules Engine Manager) , Entity Name- APT Program of Study

The prompt list should contain ‘Stage of the program’ and ‘Study Period’ as well as these two academic item types are children of Academic Item Type ‘Program of Study’. However, this is not happening
