ETL 9.2: Unnecessary Retro Event Trigger Created When Override Work Schedule Cause Payroll To Retro (Doc ID 2201449.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Technical

When running the payroll for December, which system shouldn’t do it since the schedule for the employee override happen started in December 2015,
the following error occurs.

unnecessarily retro trigger is activated.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt> Payee Data> Create Overrides >Assign Work Schedule.
2. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing> Prepare Payroll > Review Triggers
3. After override work schedule Add a new row and override the work schedule.
4. Retro trigger include previous effective date, which is not correct.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, It will cause unnecessarily retro trigger when running the payroll for December which system shouldn’t do it since the schedule for the employee override happen started in December 2015.
