Leave Request Not Appearing On Absence Cancellation Component (Doc ID 2201796.1)

When attempting to cancel leave applications submitted, the following error occurs.

No request found. Update filters to find request.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit leave request.
2. Cancel submitted leave from Cancel Absence fluid page.
