WORKFORCE_SYNC Message Subscribe - the Stage Table LM_STG_PRS_ATTRB record contains a blank in field.
The issue with the Workforce Sync message trying to send data from HCM to ELM.
Audit action for the LM_STG_PRS_ATTRB is set to blank and not consistent. When we the change Job code on the job data, the audit action (AUDIT_ACTN) is set to C where as when the Department ID was changed, the audit action is set to blank.
Running the Process Asynchronous Data, the data is loaded from PS_LM_STG_PRS_JOB but its not getting loaded from PS_LM_STG_PRS_ATT.
Discrepancy in LM_PERSON_ATTRB and LM_PERSON_JOB.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as HR admin
2. Update jobcode for employee
3. Verify the data moved with audit action
