Segmentation Triggers Are Not Being Created Upon Job Data Effective Date Change (Doc ID 2202179.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
A change in the effective date of a termination row does not change the corresponding date in the trigger.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
The effective date of the job data row and the trigger row should be same.

STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a termination row for an employee
2. Check trigger data
3. Change the effective date of the row
4. Verify if the trigger data has changed accordingly
