Symptoms

Workcenter links to Forms result in an error when FORM ID is less than 10 Characters

ERROR
-----------------------
"Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)

The value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values. You can see the allowable values by pressing the
  Prompt button or hyperlink.".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create 2 Forms:
  BILL_REQST - 10 characters
  PORDERAA - 8 characters

2. Create link for the two forms
  First Menu Item - EOFM_PORDERAA
  Second Menu Item - EOFM_BILL_REQST

3. Activate the new link settings

4. Open the WorkCenter.
Notice that 2 forms have been added as menu items as expected

5. Select the first menu item which is BILL_REQST (10 characters)
Link was opened without any issues

6. Click Add New Value
Form was opened without any problem

7. Click the second menu item
  PORDERAA - 8 characters

8. Click Add a New Value
  Error is generated:

"Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)

The value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values. You can see the allowable values by pressing the
  Prompt button or hyperlink.".

Notice the extra ?F added to the FORM ID. This is the issue.

9. To test if the number of characters is causing the issue, another menu
item with similar properties was created but with 10 characters on the name (PORDERAABB).

10. Configure Workcenter Dashboard to add the new menu item to the link

11. New FORM ID with 10 characters is added as a new link

12. Click the new menu item.

13. Click Add a New Value

14. Form is added without any error proving that the issue is related to the
number of characters in the FORM ID name.
