EEX 9.2: Error 'File Type is not supported' When Trying to View Attached XLS File on an Expense Report (Doc ID 2202600.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open .xls and .xlsx file types on FLUID mobile app,
the following error occurs.

Error
File Type is not supported for viewing on Mobile Application

Steps
1. Create an Expense Report and attach .xls or .xlsx files as receipts.
2. Save the report.
3. Open this report on mobile application and try to open the attached files.
