PER099 Report Not Correct When Reporting Two Asian Ethnic Groups (EEO-1/ PER016)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When running the EEO-1 Report (PER016), the counts is showing an employee as Yes ('Y') for TWO_RACES_IND_USA if they are tracked as Chinese and Korean.
The expected behavior is that when these Ethnic Groups are both in the Group '4' Asian and should NOT be reported as 'Y' for TWO_RACES_IND_USA.
The data should be reported as choice '4' in the ETHNIC_GROUP and 'N' for TWO_RACES_IND_USA.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Main Menu > Workforce Monitoring > Meet Regulatory Rqmts > EEO Reports > EEO-1 Employer Info
2. Select Run Control Settings as Required
3. Submit Report for Processing
4. View EEO-1 Report Output
