EeS: EM_VOUCHER_IN error loading cXML File -- Fetching array element: index is not in range (180,252) (Doc ID 2203510.1)

Symptoms

On the Demo database, ChartField Configuration is run to configure the system to only have 5 active Chartfields, which are as follows:

1.  Account
2.  DeptID
3.  Product
4.  Affiliate
5.  ChartField1

Using SendMaster to load a cXML file for a non-PO Invoice.  File is loaded successfully.  However, in the Asynchronous Details page for Queue Name = EM_VOUCHER_IN, the Subscription Contract has Status = Error with the following details:

Action Name = EmVoucherIn

Subscription Contract Error Message:

Fetching array element 6: index is not in range 1 to 5. (180,252)

EM_VOUCHER_IN.Em_Voucher_In.OnExecute Name:OnNotify PCPC:43044 Statement:557

However, able to load the same cXML file and create an Invoice without any issues as long as ChartField Configuration is not run and the delivered chartfields are active.

STEPS
1.  Perform ChartField Configuration to only have 5 active Chartfields:

a.  Account
b.  DeptID
c.  Product
d.  Affiliate
e.  ChartField1

2.  Load the cXML file for a non-PO Invoice
3.  Load the cXML file using SendMaster
4.  Check the Asynchronous Details page for Queue Name = EM_VOUCHER_IN
5.  Subscription Contract has Status = Error
6.  Click the Error hyperlink under Subscription Contracts
7.  Subscriptions Contract Error Message page has the above error
