Symptoms

Converting to MP4 results in error message:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to http://localhost:50614/data
2. Specify output folder C:\Users\<username>\Desktop\M
3. Click Refresh button
4. Select checkbox for Review a Final Budget Proposal (Cluster and Treasury) MP4
5. Click Process button
6. Status shows Done
7. Launch MP4
8. Error dialog displays
 

Changes

 This situation applies to both single-user installation and client/server installation.
