E-CI/TUX: Getting Jolt Exception "Bad Challenge Response" When Using CI Java API to Connect PS Application Server (Doc ID 2204347.1)

Application & Version: PT 8.55

A 3rd party application Automic v11 Agent try connecting to PeopleSoft HCM and ELM application servers. When starting the Agent, it returns the "Bad Challenge Response" error.
