Address Search (Street Name) Not Working With Wild Card Search In Applicant Data (Doc ID 2204402.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Manage Applicant

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1.The wild card search for the street name is not working while using 'address search' link for Applicant's Personal Information section in Manage Applicant page
2. After saving the correct searched value using 'address search' link also not reflected on revisiting to the same Applicant's Personal Information section in Manage Applicant page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

1.The wild card search for the street name should working while using 'address search' link for Applicant's Personal Information section in Manage Applicant page
2. After saving the correct searched value using 'address search' link ,the value should reflect on revisiting to the same Applicant's Personal Information section in Manage Applicant page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to:Main Menu>Recruiting > Search Applicants > Manage Applicants
(Searched the Applicant).
2. Search street name by wild card using 'address search' link and save the Data.
3. Now search the street name without wild card character but with name initials using 'address search' link and save the Data.
4.Exit from the Applicants data and revisit the same Applicant's Personal Information page.
