Students able to Request Transcripts in Self Service Despite Having a Service Indicator Hold (Doc ID 2204427.1)

Symptoms

When more than one effective dated row exists on the Transcript Type Table and the oldest effective dated row does not have the Check Service Indicator flag checked, but the latest row has, the system does not prevent the student from submitting the transcript request.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Request a transcript for student with TRAN service indicator impact.

Nav: Records and Enrollment -> Transcript -> request transcript

2. Note no error message is displayed upon submission of the request
