E-AS: Unable To Start App Server With Parallel Option (Doc ID 2205187.1)

On : 8.53 version, Application Server

Unable to start App Server with Parallel Option , where with serial boot no issue.

With parallel option after booting again it ask for boot it, then message comes duplicate server if we say YES to boot it again.
Boot admin & process again (y/n)

App Server should be able to boot with Parallel option.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute PS Admin utility.
2. Boot the domain with parallel option.
3. Notify the issue.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users facing timeloss.
