EGL: Online GL_JEDIT_0 - Why Get 0 Row(s) Processed (Doc ID 2205504.1)

Goal

When running the Journal Edit online (GL_JEDIT_0), it works fine except when we look at the Message Log of GL_JEDIT_0 in the process monitor it says: 0 Row(s) processed.

Is this a bug?
