On: 9.2 version, Install/Upgrade
Doing an upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2 Application and 8.49 to 8.53
Data conversion AE:UPG_GP90 getting an error.

[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Statement(s) could not be prepared. (SQLSTATE 37000) 8180 Failed SQL stmt: UPDATE PS_GP_RSLT_ACUM SET USER_KEY1= '0000'+(SUBSTRING(USER_KEY1 ,1,21)) WHERE PIN _NUM IN ( SELECT R.PIN_NUM FROM PS_GP_RSLT_ACUM R , PS_GP_ACCUMULATOR A , PS_GP_PIN C WHERE R.PIN_NU M=A.PIN_NUM AND A.ENTRY_TYPE_USER_K1 IN ('VR0','SY4') AND A.PIN_USER_KEY1_NUM = C.PIN_NUM AND C.FLD_ FMT = '4' AND LENGTH(R.USER_KEY1) = 8)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run HCM 9.0 to HCM 9.2 PI05 ML CA Template
2. Data Conversion step failed at Performance Data Conversion Concurrently.
