Lease 0000000053. Runs from 01/01/2004 to 12/20/2009. All straightline has been processed.
Payments have been processed.
There are no amendments for this lease.
Navigate to the lease and add an amendment.
Go into financial Terms and click on Base Rent. Do Not make any changes.
Without making any changes click OK and save. Activate the Amendment.
Open the amendment. The system has updated values. It should not be updating anything this lease was done on December 2009.
Run the Straightline. The process errors. There is nothing to process and you get a Decimal division by zero occurred.
