ERE:Decimal Division by Zero on RE_FASB_GEN when Amendment Activated and SL Flag

Symptoms
Process RE_FASB_GEN has error decimal division by zero occurred (180,109); bended at step re_fasb_gen_adjsch_adjStAmt when amendment activated with no changes made to lease that is done populates changes and flips SL flag

REPLICATION STEPS
---------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Lease 0000000053. Runs from 01/01/2004 to 12/20/2009. All straightline has been processed.
2 Payments have been processed.
3 There are no amendments for this lease.
4 Navigate to the lease and add an amendment.
5 Go into financial Terms and click on Base Rent. Do Not make any changes.
6 Without making any changes click OK and save. Activate the Amendment.
7 Open the amendment. The system has updated values. It should not be updating anything this lease was done on December 2009.
8 Run the Straightline. The process errors. There is nothing to process and you get a Decimal division by zero occurred.
