The Tasks tile on the Student Homepage displays the following error:

An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into CS 9.2 with Image 2 or less.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot utilize the Tasks tile to view Service Indicators and To Do tasks.
