Rating Model - Latest Values Are Not Reflecting In PS_JPM_RATING_VW1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Login to Peoplesoft HCM 9.2

2)Navigate to Set Up HCM -->Product Related--> Profile Management--> Content Catalog--> Rating Model
3)Add a new rating model 'COMP'
4) add effective date as '01/01/2015 and add the following values

Rating values ,Description,Short description
row 1 --> 0 ,0 - Novice, NA
row 2 -->1,1 - Learner,one
row 3 -->2,2 - Practitioner,Two
row 4 -->3,3 - Specialist,Three
row 5 -->4,4 - Expert,Four
row 6 -->5,5 - Guru,Five
row 7 -->Q,Not Applicable,NA
click on save .

Open the db -
select * from PS_JPM_RATING_VW1
where rating_model='COMP'
Values came correctly
4) navigate to same page and dd effdt as '01/01/2016 and add the following values
row 1 --> 0 ,Not Applicable, NA
row 2 -->1,PL1,PL1
row 3 -->2,PL2,PL2
row 4 -->3,PL3,PL3
row 5 -->4,PL4,PL4


Open the db -
select * from PS_JPM_RATING_VW1
where rating_model='COMP'
Values came correctly
