No Absence Event During Forecasting

Symptoms
STATEMENT:
=========
When a finalized absence has the begin or end date modified it is expected that the forecast functionality would recalculate the forecast values of the absence.
When pushing the button the below message is received and the forecast values in particular the duration do not change.
It is expected that a modified absence would have its values change when the begin or end date are changed.
ERROR:

No Absence Events(17005, 477)
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
===============
The issue can be reproduced at with the following steps:
1. Go to Main Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Absence Event.
2. Search an employee with a finalized absence event.
3. Modify the End date of the absence event. Select the Forecast button - Message: "No Absence Events(17005, 477)"
4. Modify the Begin date of the absence event. Select the Forecast button - Message: "No Absence Events(17005, 477)"
