Enroll Additional Learner with Select All clears previously selected learners

When attempting to enroll additional learners with Select All button, previously selected learners are removed from pending list. This functions differently in 9.1. In 9.1 the pending list is accumulative. In 9.2 it is not.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When user clicks and adds Search for more Learners, the previous section should remain

STEPS
-----------------------
Navigation: Enterprise Learning - Learner Tasks - Enroll Learners

1) Enter Requester's Last Name and select requester from the list.
2) Enter Class Code and click on the Enroll button to the right of Class in result set
3) Enter Learner ID click check box to the left of learner record
4) Click on Search More Learners
5) Enter Learner Group
6) Click Select All button

Step 6 removes or deletes the previously selected learners instead of adding the new learners to the list as it does in 9.1.
